SOUT Survey at Biak Numfor Regency, 2017

BPS is organizing Agricultural Cost Structure or SOUT Survey to collect food crops and livestock data, from May 1^st to June 30^th, 2017.

The purpose of this survey is to obtain accurate data from food crops and livestock sub-sector in the form of cost structure of both.

One of the preparations prior to the implementation of this survey was to conduct training for enumerators (PCS) and inspectors (PMS). The training was held at Hotel Mapia on 20-23 March 2017. This training event was opened by Mr. Suhainto as Head of BPS of Biak Numfor District and Mrs. Endang Budi Rahayu as Head of Production at Statistic of Biak Numfor Regency Office.

The SOUT Survey activity of Statistic of Biak Numfor Regency Office has reached the collection stage which is collecting documents from PCS to PMS. Then continued with editing activities conducted by the PMS to see the errors of writing in the document for confirmation and improvement to data quality held by the document itself. This activity is also called Batching, Editing and Coding.
