SE-2016 Follow-trough: UMK and UMB Enrollment at Biak Numfor Regency

UMK and UMB enrollment is a follow up of Economic Census (SE) activity in 2016 which recently conducted by the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). This activity is conducted to get more complete financial profile of UMK and UMB in Indonesia.

Enumerators (PCS) and Inspectors (PMS) was conducted last month on July 17-20, 2017 at Mapia Hotel which opened by Mrs. Adriana as Head of Administration on BPS Papua Province, Mr. Suhainto as Head Chief of BPS Biak Numfor Regency, and Mr. Tommy Hadiyanto as National Instructor. This training activity involves all employees of BPS Biak Numfor Regency.

In the opening of the training, Mr. Suhainto said that this enrollment activity is more complex compared to last year activity (listing), because we need to collect more information. Beside that, there’s other problem like vague information and uncooperative company in giving data we needed. This surely a problem for enumerators in getting objective data.

“These becomes our biggest homework, how should we face our uncooperative respondents” he added.
