Construction Cost Index of Biak Numfor Regency 2022

The Construction Cost Index (IKK) of Biak Numfor Regency for the Year 2022 is a price index that reflects the construction costliness of Biak Numfor Regency compared to the reference city. The reference city used in 2022 is the same as in 2021, which is Makassar City.The IKK data for Biak Numfor Regency was obtained from the Construction Cost Survey specifically for building/construction materials, heavy equipment rental, and construction service wages conducted in Biak Numfor Regency. The IKK data is calculated based on price data from the third and fourth quarters of 2021 and the first and second quarters of 2022. The calculation of the IKK weighting diagram uses data from the Bill of Quantity (BOQ) and the realization of the regional revenue and expenditure budget (APBD). The IKK for 2022 is one of the main components used for calculating the General Allocation Fund (DAU) for the 2023 Fiscal Year.
