Construction Cost Index of Biak Numfor Regency 2023

The publication of the Construction Cost Index (IKK) for Biak Numfor Regency in 2023 is intended to analyze the Construction Cost Index (IKK) in the Biak Numfor Regency area. This publication contains information on the level of construction costliness in Biak Numfor Regency compared to the reference city. The reference city used in 2023 is Makassar City, which is the same reference city used in 2022.The presentation of IKK data in this publication includes tables and maps of the Biak Numfor Regency area. The IKK data presented is derived from the results of the Construction Cost Survey (SHKK), Bill of Quantity (BoQ), Unit Price Analysis (AHSP), and the realization of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD). The main use of this IKK data is as one of the main components in calculating the General Allocation Fund (DAU).
